Request Data Deletion
You can delete specific data without deleting your entire account.
Data you can delete
- Individual bikes (and all associated records)
- Session logs
- Maintenance records
- Parts inventory items
- Photos
Delete data in the app
Most data can be deleted directly in the app by swiping left on items or using the delete option in detail views.
Bulk data deletion requests
Email support@dirtbikedialed.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Specify what data you want deleted
- We will process your request within 48 hours
Note about required data
Some data (like your email for authentication) is required to maintain your account. To remove all data, use the full account deletion option.
