Introduction
Dirt Bike Dialed ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Digital VisionWorks LLC, located at 690 Amador LN #4, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services.
We designed Dirt Bike Dialed to collect only what's necessary. We don't use analytics SDKs, we don't show ads, and we will never sell your data. Your maintenance records are yours—not ours to monetize.

Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address (when you create an account)
- Display name (as you choose to provide)
- User identifier from Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In
User Content
- Bike information (make, model, year, specifications)
- Maintenance records you enter
- Suspension settings and session data
- Photos you upload
- Parts inventory and notes
Transaction Information
- Purchase history and subscription status (received from Apple/Google)
- Transaction IDs and purchase dates
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Precise geolocation or GPS data
- Analytics or tracking data
- Advertising identifiers
- Biometric data
- Health information
- Financial account numbers or credit card details
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve our services:
- Account creation and authentication
- Cloud synchronization across your devices
- Subscription management and processing
- Providing app functionality (maintenance tracking, suspension logging)
- Responding to your support requests
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for monetary consideration or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your data is only shared with service providers (our cloud database provider) who process it on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
Service Providers
Cloud Infrastructure
We use Supabase, Inc. as our backend-as-a-service provider for database hosting, authentication, and data synchronization. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf.
- Server location: Your data is stored on servers in the United States
- Security measures: SOC 2 Type 2 certified, encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS)
Sign in with Apple
If you sign in using Apple, we receive a unique user identifier, your name as you choose to share it, and either your actual email or an anonymous relay address if you choose "Hide My Email." Apple does not share your sign-in activity, device information, or any other data with us.
Google Sign-In
If you sign in using Google, we receive a unique user identifier, your display name, email address, and profile picture URL. We use this information solely to create and manage your account. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, files, or other Google services. We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties.
In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) through their respective app stores. We never receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or payment details. We receive only the product purchased, transaction ID, purchase date, and subscription status.
Data Retention
- Active accounts: We retain your data while your account is active
- After deletion: Data is removed within 30 days of a deletion request
- Exceptions: We may retain data longer if required by law or for fraud prevention
Privacy Rights for US Residents
If you reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have additional privacy rights including:
- Right to Know: Request what personal information we collect about you
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Right to Portability: Obtain a copy of your data in a portable format
- Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of sale of data, targeted advertising, or profiling (Note: We do not engage in these activities)
To exercise your rights, contact privacy@dirtbikedialed.com. We will respond within 45 days. To appeal a denied request, email with "Appeal" in the subject line.
Your Rights (EU/EEA Users)
We process your personal data to provide our services based on our contract with you when you create an account and agree to our Terms of Service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Obtain a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: Limit how we process your data in certain circumstances
- Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the basis)
- Lodge Complaint: File a complaint with your local data protection authority

UK Users
If you are in the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under UK GDPR. You may lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Australian Users
Your personal information is disclosed to our cloud service provider in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles through binding contractual commitments. You may access and correct your information by contacting us. In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by law.
Canadian Users
We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States by our cloud service provider. While in the United States, your information may be accessible to US government authorities under US law. You may access your personal information, request corrections, or withdraw consent by contacting privacy@dirtbikedialed.com.
International Data Transfers
Your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States, where our cloud service provider maintains servers. For EU/EEA users, these transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where additional safeguards are required.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of all data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS)
- Secure authentication through Apple and Google sign-in providers
- Regular security audits and monitoring by our service providers
- Access controls limiting who can access your data
Children's Privacy
This app is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use this app. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents who believe their child has provided information should contact us at privacy@dirtbikedialed.com.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Web: Visit dirtbikedialed.com/delete-account
Upon deletion, we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
